So people use coffeeshops as offices. And there's those places where you can rent a working office cubicle type affair, basically a desk for your laptop, printers etc.
What about a place where you can basically get, not just coffee, but pretty much anything. Food, beer, etc... and instead of restaurant-style tables, you just have office desks with nice chairs.
I mean, the folks at Darkhorse on Spadina have those awesome big banquet tables, but desks would be better. Where you can really type. And have like... surveillance so you can go to the bathroom and grab some food, even use a kitchenette if you want to bring your own food... and just leave your desk with your stuff on it.
It'd be like an office except you can be like "yeah can I get the calimari and some Grolsch? And an espresso and a PowerBar... put it on my tab" from the phone at your desk. And it'd be like a coffeeshop, except comfortable.
